Remove the plastic trim bezel surrounding the cluster (held by two screws at the top). Remove the screws securing the cluster itself to the dashboard frame. Pull the cluster forward slightly, reach behind to unclip the wiring harness connectors, and lift the unit out.
Use masking tape to label plugs, especially if you have an aftermarket alarm or stereo.
