When prompted for the activation method, select . Submit your Hardware ID if required.
Browse to the downloaded offline license file on your machine and click .
Navigate to and select Register product or Update license info .
If you are running Kerio Control as a virtual appliance (on VMware, Hyper-V, or KVM), changing the virtual network adapter settings can alter the virtual hardware UUID or MAC address. This changes the firewall's internal System ID, instantly invalidating your offline license.
