Right-click the Windows Start button and open Device Manager . Expand the Mice and other pointing devices section. Right-click on your HID-compliant mouse and select Uninstall device . Unplug the USB receiver, restart your computer, and plug the receiver back into a different USB port. Windows will reinstall a fresh copy of the driver automatically.
