As any owner of a modern diagnostic scanner knows, a tool is only as good as its last update. The Ancel FX2000 promises extensive coverage for over 60+ car brands, but that promise hinges entirely on keeping its software current. After owning the FX2000 for six months, I finally bit the bullet and ran the full software update process. Here is my honest, hands-on review.
Locate the (often called "Ancel Update Client" or "Suit"). Download the .zip or .exe file to your Windows PC.

Once the download is complete, safely eject the TF card reader from the computer. Remove the TF card and reinsert it into your ANCEL FX2000 scanner. Push in the TF card located at the bottom of the FX2000 unit to eject it.

The software will download the new files and install them directly onto the SD card.
Always use the "Safely Remove Hardware" option in Windows before pulling out the card reader.
When prompted by the program, select and click OK . The software will automatically read the serial number.
